1. Order Cancellation
For Online Orders:
- Immediate Cancellations (Within 5 minutes of placing the order):
You may cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it by contacting our support team at [Phone/WhatsApp/Email]. If the kitchen has not started preparing your order, a full refund will be processed. - After 5 Minutes of Order Placement:
Once the order is under preparation, we won’t be able to cancel it. However, if you experience an issue with your order, please contact us—we’re here to help.
2. Cancellation by Mouthfull Walkers
- In rare cases, due to unavailability of ingredients, delivery constraints, or technical issues, we may cancel an order. In such cases:
- You will be notified immediately.
- A full refund will be processed within 3-7 business days via the original payment method.
3. Refunds
Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:
- Order Not Delivered:
If your order was not delivered due to our fault or logistic issues, a full refund will be issued. - Wrong or Incomplete Order:
If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact us with photo proof within 30 minutes of delivery. We will either replace the item(s) or issue a partial/full refund based on the situation. - Poor Quality or Spoiled Food:
If the food delivered is spoiled or not up to standard, contact us immediately with proof. After investigation, we may issue a full or partial refund.
4. Mode of Refund
- All refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the transaction.
- Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be processed via UPI, bank transfer, or as store credits, as per customer preference.
- Refunds may take 3-7 business days to reflect in your account.
